To prepare, choose a comfortable place to sit or recline, or stand if you prefer. Have some water nearby. Allow yourself to change body position as you need or wish.

This 10 minute somatic movement inquiry offers a way to find center. This exploration can be done sitting or standing.
To prepare, wear comfortable clothing, practice in a space that has some space for your limbs to be able to stretch out from your torso and ideally also space enough to walk a little or space to lay down on a comfortable surface.
Breathing Inquiry
10 minutes of breath explorations for creating a sense of calming, releasing, letting go of tension. This can be done while sitting, standing, doing dishes, taking a walk, etc.
